1: Goods not required:
We offer a 7 working days return and refund policy from the date of receipt of the item/s according to Distance Selling Regulation. Customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day from the date of receipt of the item/s. Goods returned within this 7 working days cooling off period will not be charged a restocking fee and receive a full refund (Delivery cost not included).
If the goods are returned outside the seven working day cooling off period then a 20% restocking and handling fee will be charge to cover internal processing costs.
Item must be returned in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging.
To return your item, please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please pack the item/s securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service such as Special Delivery to ensure adequate insurance coverage in case of the goods being lost or damaged in transit. The customer must cover the delivery cost of the return of the item/s.
2: Goods arrived damaged, defective or incorrect
You must contact us to make us aware of the problem and return the goods within 7 working days of receipt by email to email@example.com. You will be responsible for returning the goods at your cost. Replacement goods will not be shipped out before the original items are returned.
Warranty policy and procedure
1: Limited hardware warranty
Products sold through Tune Factory Limited are warranted from the initial date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period specified for the product in question provided the product remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions. We advise you to check through manufacture’s website for more details regarding to their warranty policy.
2: Obligation under warranty
Tune Factory Limited sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of products or parts at Tune Factory Limited’s discretion during the warranty period. We will makes every effort to respond to warranty claims within a reasonable period of time after it has been notified. Tune Factory Ltd does not assume responsibility for delays in replacement or repair of products or parts.
Products and parts repaired or replaced by Tune Factory Limited under the warranty shall be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period. This warranty gives end users specific legal rights, and particular end users may also have other rights.
The warranty applies only to the original owner and does not extend to any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or tampering.
Buyer is responsible for shipment of the product to Tune Factory Limited and assumes all costs and risks associated with this transportation. Return shipment to Buyer will be at Tune Factory Limited expense.
3: What May Void the Warranty?
This Limited Warranty may be null and void in the event of improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or tampering of any product by the end user or any third party or improper installation or failure to conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of any product by the end user or any third party.
